Terms

The rules an organisation agrees to when it sends email through Mailato.

  1. Send only to people who agreed to hear from you, or whom the law where you work allows you to write to.
  2. Never use bought, rented or borrowed lists.
  3. Keep the unsubscribe link working, and honour every unsubscribe promptly.
  4. Send from your own domain, and put your organisation's name and postal address in every email.
  5. Do not send misleading subjects or content.
  6. Mailato may pause sending for any organisation whose bounces or complaints put delivery at risk for others.
  7. Mailato is provided as it is, without a warranty.
